Consultation Service Fees
Before Service Delivery
If a client cancels a consultation request before research or advisory work has begun, a full refund of the invoiced service fee may be granted upon written request.
After Service Delivery
Once consultation services, itinerary research, fare analysis, or booking guidance have been delivered, service fees are generally non-refundable as they represent completed professional work.
Airline & Third-Party Refunds
All flight bookings are completed directly by the traveler on airline or third-party travel websites. Any cancellation, refund, credit, or modification request must be submitted directly to the airline or travel provider.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once a refund is approved.

If you believe an invoice was issued in error, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.
